What is n8n?
An open automation platform we build on. Think Zapier, but with no per-task fees, and the system is yours rather than rented.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data stays in Europe and is handled to GDPR standard. No third-party SaaS holding your client data.
Who runs the server?
We do. We set it up, host it and maintain it for you, covered by your managed plan. You own the system. You just don't have to babysit it.
I already use Zapier or Make.
They're fine until volume gets expensive and the logic gets complex. We build deeper custom workflows you own outright, with no growing per-task bill.
How long does it take?
A first workflow is usually live one to two weeks after the discovery call. We start with one, prove it, then expand.
How much of our time does it take?
One discovery call, plus a little access to the tools involved. We handle the build. Your team doesn't stop working while we set it up.
Do I own it?
Completely. Workflows, logic, system. All yours. If we ever part ways, it keeps running.
Where are you based?
Kinetor is based in Niš, Serbia, and works on Central European Time, the same hours as Oslo, Stockholm and Copenhagen. Your systems and your data don't sit with us either way: everything runs on EU servers to GDPR standard, and you own all of it.

Most clients start with one automation. It's a one-time build at a fixed price, agreed on the call, and the system is yours to keep. Running it is a managed plan from €290/month that covers hosting, monitoring, upkeep and new workflows. First builds typically land between €900 and €3,000 depending on scope. No hourly bills, no surprises.
