The short version

This website uses privacy-first analytics and nothing more. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless, stores no personal data, and doesn't track you across sites. Fonts, scripts and styles are served from our own server. Apart from that analytics beacon, the only third party is booking a call, described below.

If you book a call

Scheduling runs on Cal.com. Nothing from Cal.com loads while you just read this site. The booking widget loads only at the moment you use a “Book a call” button, and from then on Cal.com processes what you enter to schedule the meeting (your name, email and chosen time) under its own privacy policy. We receive the booking details and treat them the same way as email correspondence below.

If you email us

When you write to [email protected], we keep the correspondence for as long as it's relevant to a potential or ongoing engagement. We don't add you to any mailing list, and we don't share your details with anyone.

Client systems

Automation systems we build and run for clients are hosted on servers in the European Union and handled to GDPR standard. Access to client tools is granted through revocable methods (OAuth, scoped API keys or service accounts), never passwords. Each engagement is covered by its own agreement, which takes precedence over this page.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Since our analytics holds no personal data, in practice that applies only to email correspondence. Write to [email protected] and we'll respond promptly.
